Anniversary

M&B Audio LLC is the premier state of the art remote recording facility on the West Coast, and has provided live remote music recording and broadcast mixing throughout the US. 2021 marks our 12th year at the Grammy and CMA Award shows, and we continue our long relationship with Iheart Radio including all their broadcast events. Other shows have included The Oscars, The MTV Music and Movie Awards, Grammy Legends and KROQ’s Weenie Roast and Acoustic Christmas. M&B has also recorded concerts for a wide range of artists including U2, Coldplay, Eagles, Stevie Wonder, Pacific Symphony Orchestra, Motley Crue, Linkin Park, Miley Cyrus and Sean Mendez.

“Horizon”, our 40’ remote truck features a Lawo Mc²56 Mk2 digital 48 fader console, dual 192 track Pro Tools recorders, and 192 channels of remote controlled mic preamps that feed the truck over MADI fiber. Stereo and 5.1 monitoring features M&K speakers, and video capture is available to provide immediate synced playback during remix. 

Horizon is owned and operated by three time Grammy winner producer/engineer Mark Linett (Brian Wilson, Randy Newman, Red Hot Chili Peppers) and 30 year veteran Emmy Award winning A1 engineer Bob Wartinbee
